Each belt is handmade by Sierra, not mass-produced. Because of this, they're created in small batches after your order is placed to ensure every pair meets our quality standards.

We offer worldwide shipping on every order. Production typically takes around 1-3 days, and shipping takes around 1-2 weeks depending on your location, for a total of approximately 2 weeks from order to doorstep.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your belt ships.

Because each pair is handmade to order, we're unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges. If your pair arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Customers who added our 30-Day Warranty at checkout also qualify for coverage against craftsmanship defects for 30 days after delivery. Sizing is final sale - please ensure the correct size is chosen before ordering. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
